Volunteer Information

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 4th Annual Louisiana Winter Beer Festival.

This year, we will be donating proceeds from the Beer Festival to the following non-profit organizations:

  • Christian Youth Theatre of Lake Charles
  • Healthier Southwest Louisiana
  • The Lake Charles Civic Ballet
  • The Calcasieu Area Council (on Behalf of the 7 Slot Society of Lake Charles)

When you volunteer, we will give $100 to the organization of your choice in exchange for your time.

Volunteers will be stationed either pouring beer or helping with the entry gate and we have organized volunteering into two shifts: 12PM to 2:30PM or 2:30PM to 5PM. You may volunteer for one or both shifts.

BEFORE YOU SIGN-UP, PLEASE NOTE THAT VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONSUME BEER DURING THEIR SHIFT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL, WE CAN PROVIDE A COUPON CODE THAT WILL GIVE YOU 50% OFF THE TICKET PRICE.

Please use the form below to sign-up.

The non-profit organization you choose will receive a $100 donation on your behalf.
Please indicate all of the shifts you are available to work.
